Thank you for choosing to book with Whiteshell Chalets. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us.

What’s included:
The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Electricity, Bed Linen, Towels, Hot water, Heating and WiFi
Special Requirement or Disability:
If you have any special requirement or disability, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can advise as to whether your needs can be properly catered for at the property.
Pets:
Well behaved pets are permitted BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT at the cost of £25 per pet per week. Please note that all dogs must be kept on a lead while in the park. Dogs must not foul in the park. If this does happen, it must be cleared up immediately. Please bring your own dog bed and don't use the chalet furniture.
Cancellation and Insurance:
Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even we have not yet received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less £25 administration fee. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
Non-availability of Accommodation:
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation were unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. However if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by your for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Number of Guests:
The chalet is designed for a couple, sharing. There is one bedroom with a double bed. However, there is also a bed that can be made up in the lounge area. This could be used in the case of two people, not sharing or for a third person. We must be informed of all guests expected and in the case of childen, their age, if under 18. The stipulated number of guests cannot be exceeded. A laundry charge of £29 is made for the third person, if it's required.
Arrival:
Your accommodation will be available to you from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
Departure:
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Please try to leave the accommodation as clean as possible.
Damages and Breakages:
Please take care with our properties. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage, which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we will send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
Liability:
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Data:
Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on computer.
Complaints:
If you have any complaint regarding the property, please let us know urgently by phone 07866 567603 or email, [email protected] and we will deal with your complaint as a matter of top priority.
Payment details:
When you make your booking you need to pay a deposit of 50%, immediately, by Internet banking, or credit/debit card. We will send you an email or letter confirming the booking and letting you know what the outstanding balance is.
We need to receive the balance at least 6 weeks before your date of arrival.
For bookings made less than 6 weeks before your date of arrival, you need to make full payment of the total cost when you book.
If you book less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, your booking must be paid for, in full, by bank transfer, (Internet banking) or credit/debit card Cheques are not an acceptable method of payment in these circumstances.
If any payment is not paid by the due date, it will be assumed that you wish to cancel your booking and we shall be entitled to keep all monies paid to that date.
We take card payments either by phone or will email you a secure link where you can make payment.
A security bond of £150.00 is payable with the balance payment. This will be returned to you during the week following your departure
